Posts moved to local?

  I use my WordPress app on iPhone a lot for making posts. Just recently when I go into posts I see a few of my posts are listed as local. What does this mean and wgydoes it happen

  If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.org, click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to to those forums.
