Posts Not Going Out At The Scheduled Timee

I’ve been having this issue a while when scheduling my posts. I schedule the post and it goes up at the wrong time. If i wish to schedule something ahead and because it never goes out at the right time, people don’t see it in the reader. People who follow my blog have told me.
But also The scheduler itself in block editor is always never set at right time. Always out by half an hour. I always have to press reset button before scheduling post so it’s at the correct time if I’m wanting to publish immediately.

When it comes to scheduling a post, are you able to tell me what you’re entering into the scheduler and provide a link to example please?
I’d like to retrace some steps to see what’s happening.

Yes my timezone is correct.
I can’t provide a link because it happens when im about to schedule a post. That’s a bit hard to do.
What I enter is date and time of course for when I want the post to go up and press schedule then come the day it goes up. It has either not gone up at set time, at a entirely different time and no-one can see it appear in the reader.

Scheduled posts will be triggered by the first visit to your blog on or after the exact date/time you set. If you see that the scheduled time has come and gone and your post or page has not published, log out of WordPress.com and view your blog’s front page. Your visit should cause the post or page to appear.

It should also appear in the Reader after it is triggered as mentioned above. Is it not?
