Posts Not In Topics Reader

  I’m having a problem with my posts not showing up in the reader. They don’t seem to show up under the tagged topics immediately after publishing. Also, when looking for my most recent post I saw a post I’d published several days ago pop up with an 18 minutes ago time stamp (that’s ridiculous), then it disappeared.

  There is obviously a big problem and I need answers as to why my posts are not being included immediately after publishing and why I can’t seem to find them in the wonky and very time consumming reader.
