posts not posting to Facebook

  my posts are not being posted to my Facebook account. They were up until Feb. 25 apparently. A friend who looks for my blog posts on Facebook let me know and when I checked, yes the last post that went to Facebook was Feb.25. I’m not sure what is going on. I haven’t changed any settings. I’ve gone to check my publicize settings and it appears the same as it was when my posts were posting to my Facebook page. Help!!!

  Hello there,

  1. Try flushing your FB cache but disconnect from FB first http://umairj.com/146/how-to-clear-facebook-shares-cache/
  2. Try the full reconnect procedure again detailed at http://en.support.wordpress.com/publicize/#reconnecting-facebook including step 3 (removing the FB app), which is probably the most important step.

  Note: RSS Grafitti http://www.facebook.com/RSS.Graffiti can be used for posting to Facebook walls if you prefer. RSS Graffiti periodically checks the RSS/Atom feeds that you specify and posts any new entries it finds to the Facebook Walls that you specify. You can get any feed written on any wall (Facebook Profiles, Fan Pages, Groups, Events and Application Profile Pages). In fact, multiple feeds to multiple walls. You choose the combination.

  I am also having a problem with Facebook — I set up automatic posting, and it seems to have stopped. I tried to follow the directions to disconnect and reconnect — and I know this sounds stupid, but I can’t find Settings/Sharing on my blog’s dashboard. My blog is bobbiesbestrecipes.wordpress.com.

  That setting is on your Dashboard page, at the bottom. Look on the left-hand side and you’ll see Settings and the sub-headings.

  Ok, so I tried all of the suggestions above and my earlier post today went to FB as they used to. However, I just wrote another blog entry and it did not post to my FB! What the hell??? This is really frustrating. I’ve tried all those steps again without luck. There must be another way?
