Posts not publicizing on FB and Twitter, even though set up; why?

Okay… It isn’t that I didn’t find the right answer, but that when I followed the advice, my setup still isn’t working.
Up till four days ago, all my posts were connecting to FB and Twitter just fine. Then, out of the blue, both mine and my husband’s posts stopped linking to either app. We’ve reset both apps and tested them out, but to no avail. Scheduled posts will not automatically post to either app any longer; why? (We’ve double checked our sharing setting AND the option to publicize on each individual post.) If all our settings are correct AND we haven’t changed anything, why are we having this difficulty?
Please advise, this is getting quite frustrating and a waste of time!
