Posts not showing in reader

Hi there,
It looks like your self-hosted site’s feed is broken. If I try to access http://austoanywhere.com/feed (which is the URL the Reader uses to pull in posts from your site), I get an error message.
You’ll need to fix the feed first before the Reader will be able to see your posts. This isn’t something we can help with, as we don’t have access to your site’s files, but the users in the self-hosted WordPress forums should be able to tell you what to do to fix this:

Thank you, it’s all quite confusing.. I think I’ve managed to fix the feed, but I’m still not sure if the posts show up in the reader?

Okay, the feed is now working for me, but it looks like we’ll need to manually update it on our end as well. I’ve asked the developers on our Reader team to take a look. I’ll let you know as soon as they’ve worked their magic.

It’s all fixed up now. Anyone following your site in the Reader should see your posts now.
With Jetpack sites it can sometimes happen that the feed breaks on our end again. Should that happen, please let me know.

Thanks! Is it true that it takes a few hours for self hosted site posts to show up in the reader?
