Posts Not Showing in Tag Pages, Even with Under 10 Tags

  I had posted before in this thread.

  I would like to know how to troubleshoot this problem and I would like to get clear answers here, ideally before I make my next post on my blog. The only one reply on that previous thread was not relevant or helpful, and I received no follow-up comment.
