posts not showing on forum screen

hi there…
Just curious if anyone can tell me who made the last post in the thread “Suggestions for US Government textbook” in the Off Topic forum. Is the last comment mine or raincoaster’s? On my screen, it shows my comment being last but when I look at the home page for the OT forum, it says it’s raincoaster’s.
Cleared the cache twice.
Asking cuz my screen is doing some wierd stuff. One of my posts is inside a drop down menu and another didn’t post (on my screen) so I rewrote it and then the original came up hours later.

Your comment could have been caught in the spam filter – that is the behavior of the filter – you can see your post when you open the thread but your name does not get credited when you are in the main forum – usually a moderator will un-spam your Post when they check the forum.

Thanks. It’s bizarre cuz TT says the last one is raincoaster’s. I’m assuming you are seeing the same thing. On my screen, posts are showing up inside a drop down menu and showing up late. -

yes I see the same Posting as @TT noted above – that is the spam filter behavior – you can see your Post but I can’t.

IE, not sure which version (sorry). This was posted in “Questions” cuz I didn’t want it posted in the main tech forum.
I just sent it again and it’s not going through. Going to send a separate thread to raincoaster in OT to test it. It’s life or death. We’re talking about a raw cookie recipe. :-)

I agree with auxclass. This is spam filter behavior. You can see your post and we can’t.

I just posted a thread in Off Topic and it says the creator is “admin” and it says the topic is closed to new replies. It never posted my entry… ?

Email (remove spaces from the email address I post) support @ wordpress.com and ask Staff to fish your comments out of the spam filter

Will that bring back my thread, too? OT “everything you always wanted to know…” is closed without post showing. Showing when I comment on other posts.
