Posts not showing up

When I post a new blog post, it is not showing up on my main page. I can see the post in the dashboard, but when I go to view the page it is not there. Cookies are enabled. I tried viewing it on a different computer even, and it’s not showing up.
Ideas?

Are you using the Add New Post ‘page’, by going to Posts -> Add New? Or are you using the add new post on the dashboard directly or from the admin bar? Using the Add New Post ‘page’ is the most reliable way to add posts.
