Posts not showing up in 'Blog' tab

  Hello. I had just started this new blog earlier last week and had tried to post a blog I had written but whenever I go to our actual site it doesn’t show up under the ‘Blog’ tab in the menu selection, it just shows up as the first page and then disappears. Not sure how to fix that. Was wondering if someone could help me. The forum discussions are really confusing to navigate. Anyway, I would appreciate the help.
