Posts not showing up in reader

Hi all, wondering if anyone can provide any help with this. After I started posting on my new domain name (as of this afternoon), my new blog posts don’t show up in my WordPress reader.
After I noticed it happening with my most recent blog post, I made a couple of test posts and neither of those showed up either.
Wondering if this is a common problem or if there is any way to amend this? Thanks!

I just followed your blog and this post immediately appeared in my Reader http://filmgrimoire.com/2014/10/07/paris-is-burning-1990-quick-shot-review/ at the top of a column of your other posts. Therefore this issue is resolved and I have unfollowed your blog.
