Posts not showing up in reader

    Hello,

I moved my blog from wordpress.com to self host wordpress.org a few months ago and my posts have been showing up in the wordpress.com reader up until recently. My last two blog posts have not shown up in the reader, I haven’t changed the content of my blog nor the tags I use. Please help! Thanks

I am having the same problem and no response from JetPack :(

  • @Mizshaaz: I’ve just subscribed to your blog and can see your last two posts appear when I scroll down to the time they were posted. If they still don’t show up for you, can you try unfollowing your site and following it again?

@apanangipally: Can you start your own thread and specify the blog you’re having trouble with? Thanks!

@druesome: Thanks so much for your response. I did have to unsubscribe and resubscribe in order to see my last two posts in the reader. Would you happen to know why the posts didn’t show up on bloglovin either? Was there an error on my blog that was corrected?

    Thanks

    Sharon

You mention “tags” abe and that leads me to believe that you think your posts published on a self-hosted wordpress.ORG install ought to appear on the WordPress.COM categories/tags pages when the site is not hosted by wordpress.COM.

We can enter any site URL here https://wordpress.com/following/edit and have the published content appear our wordpredpress.COM Reader but that’s it. If the site is not hosted by wordpress.COM then the posts will not appear on the wordpress.COM categories/tags pages.

@timethief: I haven’t seen any of my posts show up under any tags on wordpress.com since I moved to wordpress.org so I’m fully aware of that. I do expect my subscribers to see my posts in their reader. That was the whole point of moving them along with me.

Okay, then. I wanted to be sure you were only referring to appearance in the Reader and not to the Category/Tags pages.

  • @mizshaazstyle – Your site’s feed may not have synched up during your transfer to self-hosted. Should this issue happen again, please let us know!
