Posts not showing up in their categories/menu item

  I would so appreciate help on this!

  I create a post and assign it a category – “food” for example.
  I publish.

  I have the “food” category in my navigation menu.

  The post shows up in the “Blog” page tab of the navigation menu but not in the “Food” tab.

  What am I doing wrong?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It looks like you have a self hosted WordPress.org website and not one hosted on WordPress.com.
