Posts not visible with Connections theme

A number of people have today problems with the visibility of posts. A few times people mentioned they use the Connections theme. I face the same problem at my blog. I checked a few blogs which also use the Connections theme: one of them works, another one, http://lawbod.wordpress.com/, the Law Bod Blog at the Law Library of the Bodleian Library, Oxford, has the same problem.
Not only do posts no show up, the archives, categories and tags do not work. However, posts do show up when you use the search function. The static pages work normally. I made an export of my blog, and everything is still present in it.

Yes, it’s a serious problem and could well deserve another description, but if staff can see the problems in one go then the problem might be easier to isolate and fix. Note that I’ve modlooked this thread as well.
