Posts Notifications

    My posts are not sending notifications to followers once I post as they used to. Why is that and how can I get that feature back. It showed it on 12/1/21, but that was the last time. Please help.

    Hi! I don’t know whether it would affect notifications, but I have seen some squirrelly things happen when there are too many (more than a half dozen or so) pinned posts. If you’ll let us now why they are pinned, we may be able to make another suggestion.

    I’m also digging into the notifications situation to confirm that. If you’ll let me know the first three letters of an email address of someone who said they aren’t getting notifications, I can check that.

    And just as an update, I’ve checked a couple of users. I’m not spotting the issue just yet, but if you’ll let us know which users are having trouble, we’ll check them out.
