Im really new to all this, can you add multiple posts to pages?

Though there is only one dynamic page in a blog for posts and we cannot post to more than that one page, we can create the appearance that we have posted to more than one page.
We organize posts by assigning categories to them. You can create a custom menu and add the categories into the custom menu.

I have used custom menus and was able to have post under each menu.
This is my site http://studioarur.wordpress.com.I wanted to have all architecture projects clubbed together and so on with urban design competitions etc. If yo see my website when you click on Architecture ….. all the post are seen with heading ‘CATEGORY ARCHIVES – ARCHITECTURE’ . is it possible to have a heading just as ARCHITECTURE….as it works on this site http://wpshower.com/demo/?theme=imbalance2.
