Posts of Self Hosted Blog not showing in Reader

  I have connected my self-hosted blog, maddyzphysics.com to WordPress.com via Jetpack plugin. I have moved my followers from maddyzphysics.wordpress.com to maddyzphysics.com also.
  I have one problem that the blog posts of maddyzphysics.com are not showing on WordPress.com Reader. Only one post is being showed, and I have 16 posts published on my blog.
