Posts on different pages

I’m in the middle of putting together a user interactive site. I ‘m trying to let user post themselves in different pages or categories.I don’t want the posts on the main page only in the page I have setup for that particular subject. How would I go about doing this. Please keep in mind I can’t code and very new to WP.

WordPress.com and WordPress.org have different log-ins and run different versions of themes with same names.
