Posts on my site
-
Hello,
I have created a page called “N&R News” so my company can frequently publish updates as this is the only section that will probably get updated frequently for SEO purposes. I have a couple of questions:
– I’d like to set a featured image for this page to resemble all other pages in the main nav, but it’s not working right
– The Facebook is properly linking, but not the LinkedIn, and I’ve tried troubleshooting this, and don’t know what to do
– The title of the post I’ve published is showing up as a link to a page that has the exact same content, and I want to get rid of that.
– I’d like some aesthetics changed – no author, a red font to match the other titles within the site, etc.If someone could help me out, that would be great!!!!!!!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Because this is your recent posts page, you’ll need to set this as your Header. The best place to do this is through the Customizer under Header:

Can you let me know what the exact issue is that you’re having? Are you seeing an error?

Can you give me this link and a link to the editor of the post you’re creating?

These things can only be done using custom CSS which is available through the Premium plan:

Hello,
I’ve added some images under Header before, and I’m a little concerned that it won’t look like the rest of the pages. I’m working with someone in CSS right now, who will hopefully be able to help me in adjusting the dimensions so that it looks like the other pages, does that make sense?
After doing some research, I learned that the posts are links to other posts so that you can continue building out the page.
The LinkedIn integration is something I’m still very much so struggling with. The account links to my personal account, not my company account, though they have different usernames. It’s so confusing to me. I’ve reached out to a number of people at WordPress, and no one knows what’s going on. I recently reached out to LinkedIn, and I’m hoping they can help me.
I’m also working with someone from CSS for the fonts.
Thanks!

Richard is great! He should be able to help with your theme issue. :)
I see your chat with Sandy about LinkedIn. Can you delete your LinkedIn connection:

And then clear your cache and cookies and try connecting again? (Sometimes closing the browser doesn’t clear those.)

Hello,
I just tried clearing the cache and cookies, it didn’t help.
Any other suggestions? Or should I just give up?

I’m honestly not sure what else to try. If you’re logged into the correct LinkedIn account when you attempt to connect, that’s the one we should pick up to connect to.
Maybe reach out to LinkedIn and see if there’s any reason we wouldn’t be able to connect to that account?
