Posts only visible by a certain role or higher

  Hello,

  We want posts/pages that neither public nor just followers can see.
  We want posts/pages that only contributors (or a selectable role) and above can see.

  When creating a post you get these options:

  ( ) Public
  [ ] Stick this post to the front page
  ( ) Password protected
  ( ) Private

  I am proposing another option:

  ( ) Public
  [ ] Stick this post to the front page
  ( ) Password protected
  ( ) Role-based – This role or higher
  [ drop-down list of roles ] <— Poster selects the role here
  ( ) Private

  The list of Roles would be different for each role. The list will be the poster’s role and below. For example, A contributor can only see two roles to select from: Contributor and Follower.
