Posts out of order
-
I wrote 3 posts today, and the order they’re showing up on my page is 1, 3, 2, when they should be 3, 2, 1. I read the other topics about this and triple checked to make sure that none of my posts are marked as “stick to front page” under the publishing option. What am I missing?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It could be a time issue. Have you set your time zone offset from GMT/UTC? When you first start a blog, it is on UTC/GMT time.
Go to settings > general and set your time zone offset. Then open the post that is out of order and change the timestamp so that it is in the proper order. The posts will show in reverse chronological order – newest at top.

Cool, I figured it out. To any other new users that have this problem, if you write your first post before you change your time zone settings, the first post won’t be updated, you have to go back and do it manually.

And the “hello world” post is created before you can even change the time zone offset so you will very likely always have to edit the published time on that one to keep them in order.
