  Hi…On my posts page….My world of Crochet…if I click on that heading on the menu bar the page opens up with an exerpt of the blog post but before that is a large empty box that links to the blog post….how do I remove this box…why is it there? Thanks, Rosie

  I’ve visited your site but I’m not able to see anything, it appears there is some sort of coming soon message that I am not able to get past.

  We’re limited in how we can help because we don’t house your site on our managed WordPress.com hosting service. Your host (IONOS) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com. Because of this we don’t have access to your server files, or the ability to take a closer look at your site.

  We’re not equipped to help with your issue but the good news is that there is support available for the version of WordPress that IONOS uses, so you can find help here: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/

  Please note that the folks over there will have the same issue of not being able to see your site, so you may need to share a screenshot or two of the issue (or remove the coming soon page from your site temporarily) so that they are able to help.
