Posts Page Not Loading Correctly

  I am trying to create posts page for a website I’m working on, using the Twenty Sixteen theme, but when I publish the page and navigate to it, the page displays as a jumble of plain text rather than displaying normally (like the rest of my pages). I am a still pretty new to WordPress, and this has led to me to a dead end. Any help would be appreciated. Below is an imgur link that shows how the page is displayed. Mind you that the post page is the only page showing this behaviour.

  I’ve had a look at your domain and it is not using WordPress.com.
