Posts page where to be found?

  I have a static page as a front page. If I wanted to link to a listing of my posts, i.e. news and the like, how would I go about doing that?

  The front page of your blog http://corefx.wordpress.com/ is NOT a static page. It is your posts page.

  im not speaking of that page. its another blog im working on locally.

  If you are working on a local install on your computer then you need to inquire over at http://wordpress.ORG/support/ which is where the software you are using is supported. The software here works quite differently.

  For us, when we create a static front page for our blogs we also have to create a “posts” or there won’t be one.
