Posts repeating on Facebook

  Our blog posts to Facebook and Twitter. Currently if we post more than once in a 24 hour period it will repost our last blog post to our Facebook timeline. Can you please help us with this problem? thank you for your assistance.

  Hello there!

  While your connection appears to be setup correctly on our side, I am going to have you detach it, and reconnect your Facebook publicize option.

  Here are the instructions:

  Let me know how the next set of posts works out for you. If you get repeats, please take a screenshot that displays the issue on your Facebook page, so I can better understand the issue. You can simply upload the screenshot to your Media Library, like any other image, and I’ll be able to access it from there.

  Just let me know when there’s something I should look at.

  Also, please confirm for me that you don’t have any outside connection between Twitter and Facebook that auto-publishes your Tweets to Facebook.

  We have gone through the reconnect steps and we will see what happens. No we do not have an outside connection between Twitter and Facebook that auto-publishes our Tweets to Facebook.

  Sorry we did not get back with you sooner, but this is still occurring. This last time does not seem as bad but it is still showing old posts. I will load the screen shots to our gallery.
