Posts seem to be going to a new blog site, not the original

How do I know if I have two accounts? When I connect via the link from my website and view posts and when I go to wordpress.com and look for the post I am trying to get onto Farmacologists blog site I see it in another site. I fear the holidays will be over by the time this gets in place, thanks for your help.
The username for the farmacologists.co blog is” farmacologistsrd” and it has been changed as well as the password when we had a change in personnel.
I lost the first design person, I worked on it but I am time deficient so I asked someone else to post and wondering if she recreated the site somehow. Thank you.
Is there any chance of speaking to a person?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I am convinced that this is true because when I go to the webpage of Farmacologists.org and hit the link to come into wordpress my url is
http://farmacologists.co/ and in the information above I see farmacologists.wordpress.com
How do we fix this and merge them or destroy the blog that was created a second time.
Community I will do my best to be succinct but speaking IT is often gabby for me.
I started the Farmacologists blog and linked it from the website. The dietitian who designed it did a lovely job but she has moved on. I put on my 12th hat and have tried to stay afloat as I realize the significance of blogging, however I am currently feeling like a hostage.
I asked one of the other dietitians to blog weekly and she did so successfully one time. She has attempted to post again but it is going to another blog site.
What I think I mined here, is that she has created a new very plain, rather ugly blog site. I say this because one address in the address bar that happens when you connect via WordPress is https://farmacologists.wordpress.com/
The blogsite through the Farmacologists website link is http://farmacologists.co/
This is truly holding me up mentally, as I obsess of how to get out of this mess. I can’t find a happy engineer to talk to and the communications fall short of the answer. I am likely not framing things well.
Any insight in how to resolve this and get the posts that I was working hard to share for the holidays would be truly, truly helpful in decreasing my sleep deprivation.
    Deborah
