Posts summary in feed

  Why does my blog not show my posts’s brief introduction when scrolling down? I have the option enabled in Settings but it still shows every post in their total length.
  This is very annoying, I’d like my main page to show the articles in a summary followed by a ‘Continue Reading’ option.
  Help!

  That option only affects your blog’s RSS feed and subscription emails.

  To split posts on the blog itself, you’ll need to use the More tag: http://en.support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/more-tag/
