Posts to appear on front page and on separate pages

Can I have posts show up on my front page and then also be static on a separate page. For example, if I post a ‘travel’ article, can I have it show up on my front page and also on the page that says “travel”?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Posts are not static. What you are talking about are Category Pages. http://en.support.wordpress.com/category-pages/
