Hi there!
To make sure I understand your question: You’d like for the links in your header (Personal Brand, Big Magic & War of Art, Unpacking Media) to contain posts on each of those topics?
To do that, I would recommend creating categories (rather than pages) with these titles, and categorizing your posts appropriately. Then, add links to each category to your header. If that’s what you want, I can help you!
If it’s something else, let me know! 🙂

No problem!
First, you’ll want to create categories with each of those titles: https://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/categories/
Go to My Sites > Settings > Writing. Then click Categories > Add New Category.
Then, edit your header menu: https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/
Go to My Sites > Customize > Menus, and click Header.
You’ll remove the existing links to those Pages, and then add links to each category. For that, click Add Items > Categories, and select each category you’d like to display.
Now, when you want a post to display under, say, ‘Personal Brand’, simply categorize it as such when you’re writing your post!
I hope this helps! Feel free to ask if you need anything else. 🙂

All your posts will remain on the Blog page but you can create the appearance you want with Category pages: https://en.support.wordpress.com/category-pages/
