Posts to Projects help

  Last week I changed my theme on my blog from ‘imbalance 2’ to ‘blask’, one of the newer templates.

  Does anyone know an easy way I can convert posts into projects? It seems that all the new themes need posts set like this. Ideally I want everything I had in the nice grid format that the new theme provides. I am a .com user not .org so I’m not sure if a plugin can do this? Please Help!
