posts under menus

  I’m trying to create my blog so that I can post something under i.e. a food category and have the post show up under the food menu, as well as on the home page. How do I do this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi ashleykatz93!

  First, you will need to create the categories you want. Here is some helpful information on that: https://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/categories/

  From there you will need to add the categories to your menu. Try going to Themes -> Customize ->Menus ->+Add item -> Category. You will then want to select the category you want to show in the menu.

  In addition, you will want to make sure your homepage is set to be your most recent posts in order for all of your posts to show. Themes -> Customize -> Static Front Page ->Select ‘Your latest posts’
