Posts were Missing
-
Hi, I was going through my blog and realised that there were some missing posts. This might have been synchronised wrongly with my wordpress app on iPad. Is there a way I can get the posts back? Are there back logs that I can retrieve them?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Are they on your Dashboard Posts page, perhaps set as Draft?
Tip: do not EVER use the Quick Post button, that New Post button in the grey admin bar. TONS of people are complaining they use it to publish posts and the posts just vanish.

They were previously on my dashboard. But now there were missing. I’ve got friends who had commented on them too. I lost 3 posts from a month ago.

Do you have the titles of those posts? Are they in the Trash file? Are you the only admin of that blog? Are the comments still in your Comments page of the dashboard?

No, they are not in the thrash folder. I would suspect that there were some synchronisation issues caused by the iPad apps. I’ve deleted the app and will not use it now.
I’ve to reblog my posts again now. I’m very disappointed as it’s tough to get back the memories and the feelings at that moment.

Try doing a Google search of them; they may be in Google’s cache and you can just copy and paste them.
