Posts with .jpg files in email notification to subscribers
-
We have a new NEWS blog. When subscribers in Apple mail receive the email notification it displays the featured image on a post. However, if the file is a .jpg it does NOT display. If the featured image is a .png or a .jpeg, it DOES display. Isn’t the .jpg format a normal/common web format? Any ideas for a fix without redoing all my .jpgs to .jpegs? Thanks!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there! If this is only affecting recipients specifically with Apple Mail, it may be due to their security settings blocking images and other remote content from loading.
You can double check with the recipients experiencing this issue to see if they are blocking remote content: https://support.apple.com/guide/mail/use-mail-privacy-protection-mlhl03be2866/mac
Let us know if that solves the problem or not.
