Posts won’t publish

  For over a week, I can’t get my saved blog posts to post. I get a pop up that says: Sorry, you are not allowed to edit this post.;’
  Today, I crafted a new blog post and it says: ‘Posts are not allowed from this user.’ Then when I tried to save it, it refused to save. Please help!
