Posts won't show on home page.
-
We have some posts that show up on our homepage that aren’t loading when you go to our website. In preview mode, it pulls all of the posts (the page has been ‘updated’ so that isn’t the issue), but it doesn’t when you visit the actual website. It either shows a ‘0’ where the posts should be or shows three little blinking dots, as if the page is trying to load the posts.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi!
Currently I see one post at your website: “First blog post”. If you have some more – please check that this posts are not private. You can check and change this by clicking on the post at the admin panel and then choosing “Status” in the post settings at the right menu column. Your Visibility should be set on “public”.
Best regards,
Olga -
The posts were and should be showing up on the front page below our master slider. There are 6 in total, all listed as ‘public’. They had all been showing up before but I just noticed when I went to add one the other day that they no longer appear on the front page, although they’re there when I ‘preview’ the home page. I’m not sure why they aren’t pulling through to the actual website.

This is a one or the other situation. You have two choices on any blog
(1) All posts on the front page.
(2) Or a static front page http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/front-page/ and all posts on a different page. The front page of every site or Home by default is the URL of the site.
Every theme has a detailed theme description page and this one is at https://wordpress.com/theme/franklin and that’s where set up instructions for it and the live demo site link is found.

Unfortunately, none of that information helps solve my issue. We don’t have a static front page as all posts were shown on the front page in the past without issue. Now, all it pulls through to the front page is a ‘0’ where the posts normally show up or 3 blinking dots, as if the page is trying unsuccessfully to pull the posts through. All posts are setup in the same categories they always have been and all posts are listed as ‘public’. I’ve reviewed everything in the WordPress help literature and it’s all very basic, elementary stuff about how to create a post or make it public. I can’t understand why all of our posts used to show, no changes have been made by humans (as I’m the only one with access to the site), and now none of them show up even though they are set to show up on the front page and are ‘public’ posts. Plus, when I go into the ‘home’ page and select ‘preview’ in WordPress, all of the posts show up in the preview. Any other suggestions?

We only have two categories of posts and the posts are, and always have been, listed in both categories (‘uncategorized’ and ‘announcements’).

That site is not hosted by wordpress.COM and we do not provide support for it as it is not on our servers.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
This is wordpress.COM support. We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
(1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
(2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.
(3) sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.Support for your site is provided at https://wordpress.ORG/support. Some Jetpack solutions are here http://jetpack.com/support/
Others are in the Jetpack support forum at WordPress.org
