Potential caching issue [ConverKit][Divi]

    Hello,

I have been trying to embed a ConvertKit sign-up form into the WordPress site linked below, using a “Fullwidth Code” block in the Divi builder.

Everything about the form looks good, besides the “thank you” message it displays once somebody signs up through it.

I have even made some changes to the CSS of the form and it all updates correctly on the website.

I have talked to ConvertKit support, and they said the form works as intended on a website they tested it on.

That leads me to believe the issue has to do with caching. I have tried so far to:

    • Reproduce the issues on Edge and Chrome: it happens on both
    • Clean both my browsers’ cache: still reproduces
    • Clean WordPress cache through WP Super Cache: still reproduces
    • Clean Dreamhost cache: caching wasn’t enabled in Dreamhost

Any other change I make to the form goes through to the live version of the website, besides this particular setting.

Does anybody know what other methods I can try to make it work?

Here’s what the form should say, and what it actually displays:

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

We can’t help as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform. Only support of that plugin can help you to sort things out.

    Got it, thank you!
