Potential Contributor Not Recognized in our Blog's System

    Hello,

    This is quite frustrating. We have a a physician who tried to register for our blog, EP Insights, and instead was given his own blog on WordPress (bkoplan.wordpress.com). We have tried to invite him to serve as a contributor several times and he has accepted SEVERAL times but your system will not recognize it. Please tell us what to do as he has a timely post to get out ASAP. Thank you!

    Is he currently logged in to WordPress.com when he accepts the invitation?

    If not, would you please send a new invitation and ask him to try that?
