Potential scam

I’m slightly worried as I received an email through the contact form on my website from someone claiming that they will sue me for copyright infringement.
Many of the images on my site are my own, but for the ones that are not, I do state on my wordpress website that the rights of the images used do not belong to me and belong to their respective owners.
Judging by the writing and grammar of the email I received, it does look like a scam, especially since she is asking me to click on a link to download her photos, but I wanted to get in contact to make sure I’m not in any violation of copyright issues. I put a lot of work into my blog and I would not want it taken down because of a scammer.
Can anyone help me on this please?

Hi @emilylouisedsilva, we’re not lawyers here so I can’t give legal advice, but personally if I were in your shoes, I wouldn’t download anything from her. If she specified which photos were hers, I’d just replace them with something you do have permission to use.
