Potentially Hacked and Paid Domain Missing

  I paid for a WordPress domain in January of this year (2025). I spent about a month working on the website, and then had some family emergencies pop up. When I came back to use my account – I have this account name (pioneeringdfe6179718) that is not the one I created. I tried to use the automated service, but it will not allow me to talk to an actual human because I “don’t have a paid” account. I do, and I have the receipts for it.
  
  I am not sure what is going – where this account name came from – nor where all my stuff has gone because no sites are even linked on this account. It looks blank. The security checklist is even deleted saying I don’t have a password – and I do – I have it stored. No receipts I ever paid or anything are on this account either, but I have receipts I did.

  This is a horrid way to start my business endeavors on a website that doesn’t even have humans for customers to speak to when something like this happens.
