I have recently noticed some charges to my card that appear to be related to a WordPress service. It seems these payments have been occurring since May 2024, but I was unaware of them until now.

I kindly ask you to investigate this matter and provide clarification regarding an associated account or service. If these payments were made in error or without my authorization, I would appreciate guidance on the necessary steps to cancel the service and request a refund if possible.
