Power BI Report on WordPress
-
Hey. I created a report on Power BI and I have a pro license with which I am able to get the embed codes and Publish to Web Options. However, if I try to embed the code on WordPress, I am unable to do so. I am running on a free account at this moment (on WordPress). Do I have to switch to a business plan for this? Please let me know what should be done!

Hi there,
Those reports use JavaScript code to embed. JavaScript embeds are only available on the Business and eCommerce plans. You can read more here:

Hey. Thank you for the reply. These are just Power BI embed Codes. I have prepared my report with open source data and is accessible to everyone.
Is there a way around where I can embed the codes on my website other than buying the Business or ecommerce plans?
I tried the same on the WordPress application and it worked just fine. The link shows the correct report in the widget but not in the page.
Please tell me what I should do. I am ready to buy a domain, but not the business plan.

For security reasons, sites on the Premium Plan and below are not allowed to post JavaScript so, I’m afraid there is no way around that.
If this is something important for you, you can consider moving to WordPress.org and hosting your site elsewhere:
