  Hi,

  I had purchased a premium account. But as it turned out the “Powered by WordPress” remains in the footer. I don’t want that and have therefore given up the premium account. Now that I’ve already bought the omroepAs.net domain, can I transfer the domain name to another website?

  Yes, you can transfer out to another register. As the relevant instructions say:

  Note: You may not transfer a domain name for 60 days after its purchase or for 60 days after you change any registrant contact information. This is a rule set by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) and standard across all registrars. You can still transfer if you update nameservers or the admin email address.

  If you are in this time period you can point your nameservers to a registrar in the mean time.
