PPS file not allowed?

  This is really surprising. I just tried uploading MS Power Point’s PPS file, and it won’t let me.

  What could be a security reason behind not allowing this file type?

  Just realized that I have in past uploaded PPS file, so this must be a recent change where WP is not allowing it anymore. Or am I not following proper etiquette to upload this file properly?

  Do you mean a PPT file?

  What filetypes can I upload?

  I can upload PPT but I wanted to upload PPS (Power point show), which is not available as one of the option (I have purchased the additional space upgrade as well). However, I was able to upload it anyway, using the browser upload button instead.
