I paid for the special blog design page and now I want to cancel the entire blog. Is there anything special I need to do other than follow the steps to delete the blog? I still want to keep ramblingrileys.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you want to keep the name, then do not delete the blog. Once a blog is deleted, its name cannot be used again.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/Deleting a site permanently removes it and you’ll never be able to reuse its WordPress.com address (such as yourgroovysite.wordpress.com).
You can clear the contents of the blog if you just want to start over:
