Prblem with main page not loading

    Hi Everyone !

    I own 2 blogs on wordpress with the free membership that includes advertisements.
    Since past few months several users reported to me that they were having trouble loading the home page on both of them. The page loads only the menu and stays blank without loading any picture. They need to refresh the page several times to make it work.
    It seems that the problem is much more common on tablet and mobile phone regardless of the browser used.

    This problem came along with a new add banner at the top of the website. I think that this new add is linked to the problem because it is only reproducible when the add is displayed and the blog was working properly before. Also when I am connected to my account (which removes adds) then it is working ok.     To have the confirmation I took the paid membership for one of my 2 blogs and as expected it has fixed the issue as the add is removed.

    Hi there,

    I have checked both site https://souvenirsoc.wordpress.com and https://souvenirsoc.wordpress.com on android phone, it is working fine with no Adds.

    I am tagging this thread modlook for staff intervention, can help you better to understand paid membership benefit and issue your facing.

    Hi there,

    This is a known issue with the Cubic theme you’re using on your site.

    I’ve made an adjustment on our end that should help for now, but we’ll let you know once we’ve managed to fix the cause of this issue.
