Prblems accessing WordPress on PC or smartphone

    I’m having real problems accessing WordPress (and my blog) either on PC or smartphone. IE ‘cannot display the webpage’, using IE9 or Google Chrome. All other websites load perfectly. On my smartphone I receive an error message: ‘internal handshake error’. I’ve uninstalled the app from my phone and re-installed it, but it has made no difference. As I’m self-employed and this is my work website, I’d appreciate a fix! Thanks so much.
