Pre-existing custom name servers on domain

    Hi. I want to connect my WordPress blog to a domain I already own via a subdomain. However, I already have pre-existing custom name records to point the root domain and other subdomains to other sites. I need to make sure that connecting my WordPress site to the domain won’t affect the other sites and subdomains already connected.

    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there,

    I doubt connecting a new separate subdomain to a WordPress.com blog will interfere with other records as long as you are not trying to point one subdomain to multiple sites. You should be able to carry on without any issues, if they happen, dont hesitate to follow up with feedback so you can get assistance.
