    STOP CREATING MULTIPLE DUPLICATE THREADS!!

    It’s obvious you bought this paid plan using another wordpress.com account.

    Thank you for pointing out the obvious but not helping. I should have a chat feature but it is locked due to me not having access to my premium. Since the chat is locked I have to run duplicates since the staff wont help me. It’s been hours.

    AGAIN STOP CREATING DUPLICATE THREADS!!

    They have been available they’ve been skipping over my post. It’s been hours, anything else you want to add?

    @rdwsunda

    Due to the nature of the free support forums, not every thread gets a response. Our volunteers will flag threads that need Staff attention by using the tag “modlook” and we will find and respond to them in due time. The forums are also not meant for immediate 1:1 communication, so there will be delays in our response times. I’ve also removed your other posts and we will respond to you here. Please do not create any new threads.

    The purchase you refer to was made under a different WordPress.com user account than the one you’re currently logged into, which is why you will only have access to the free support forums. You would need to log out of @rdwsunda and into the correct account to manage your site and utilize the support options afforded to the Premium plan. You can review the email address of any receipts that have been sent in order to know what email address to use to log in to the correct account.

    If you don’t remember what account you used and you have the transaction IDs from charges on this account, you can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you from there. You can find that form here:

    https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

    Just fill out as much information as you have, including an email address where Support can get in touch. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a ten-digit letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

    WordPress XXXXXXXXXX

    You can read more about what the account recovery process entails here:

    https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

    I hope that clarifies things.
