Pre purchase question

  I am considering purchasing the premium Gridspace theme. When i click on live preview, it shows a default header picture of a bridge, but doesn’t give an option to upload a different image. According to the theme filter finder, this option should be there.
  A header and a logo are important to me, so my question is: Can I change the custom header from the default bridge picture on the Gridspace premium theme?

  Yes, you’ll be able to change the header image via Appearance -> Header in your blog’s Dashboard.

  Thank you for answering, are you certain of this? The default bridge picture on Gridspace fits the whole way across the screen. Its not like a regular header Ive seen on other themes. When using live preview, most themes let you upload a design to try, this one doesn’t let you do that.
  I Just want to know for sure before I invest any time and money into it.

  If you don’t mind, I also have another query about Gridspace. Can you use infinite scroll at the same time as the footer being used for widgets e.g Facebook, Gravatar etc? My current theme ‘Hatch’ doesn’t allow the two together, hence why I’m looking for another theme.

  Yes, I’m very sure. :)

  Add a custom header image on the Appearance -> Headers page. The top menu navigation will overlay the header image, which supports flexible heights.

  Add Footer widgets will disable infinite scroll.

  If you aren’t happy with your theme purchase, you can always cancel and get a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

  Ok thank you. Its a shame about the infinite scroll. Is there some other way to get the like/follow button on the home page? Its hard work for people trying to find the like button on the hatch theme im using, I cant seem to find any way to display things like this except within posts.

  Sure, just add the Follow Blog widget to your blog’s sidebar.

  Well in Hatch theme, the sidebar only appears in pages, not on the home screen, which is why I needed those widgets in the footer.

  Can you have a sidebar on Gridspace home page?
