Premier upgrade and my current content?

Hi All,
This is my first post, so apologies if I get it wrong..I am currently on the free wordpress package and you can view my site here https://belfastchildis.wordpress.com/ .
I am considering upgrading to the premier package, but I am nervous about a few things and would be grateful for any help or advise offer. The issues I need to clarify
1)
I am currently using the Twenty Thirteen theme. If I upgrade will I still be able to continue to use this theme and also (very importantly) will all my previous posts/pages/articles still be available automatically or do I have to do a backup or something.2)
Will my website address still be the same ?
and if I have to change this what will happen to all the people who currently follow my blog – I have many Twiiter , Facebook and email followers – will they continue to receive notifications automatically or do I have to do something?3) Will the format and layout of my blog change when I upgrade to the premier package or will it remain the same unless I make changes myself.
4) Will I be able to download and use the many widgets//plugins that are not available to me in the free site.
5)
Will I be able to have advertisers/affiliated advertisers promoting brands that are relevant to my content on my site?I apologise if these question are already covered in this forum somewhere, but as I said I amnew to this and finding my way.

1) Yes you will be able to continue using the Twenty Thirteen theme. All of your content will still be available.2) Yes, you’ll still have belfastchildis.wordpress.com. With the Premium plan, you’ll also have the option to choose a domain name to use such as belfastchildis.com or something like that. Your followers will be notified as they are now.
3) Your blog layout/format will remain the same unless you make changes.
4) No. You won’t be able to download new widgets or plugins by upgrading. The widgets are the same as you have now and we can’t install plugins.
5) Some affiliate links are allowed, but no Google Adsense or banner ads. Here’s more information about advertising: https://en.support.wordpress.com/advertising/

Thank you kindly for the help and advise you offered , it pointed me in the right direction.
I wander if you get help me with this following:
I have now got a new self hosted blog http://loyalistchild.co.uk/ and this is basically a replica of my https://belfastchildis.wordpress.com/ , however I am having problems copying the content , pages,blogs from my old site to new site. I carried out the export/import procedure and at first it seem to have been successful. However on closer inspection there are various issue.
1. Although it has copied the blog posts, it has not copied all the categories and tags ect and also when I click on some of these post in the new site – it redirects me to the old site.Some of the categories and tags have been copied, but must have not.
Is there a way round this.
2. I want to keep both the old and new sight running for the time being , until I am happy with the new site. However I blog and post every day and I want to know if its possible to have the blog appear on both sites automatically, or do I have to post them separately and do the whole thing on both sites.Thanks in advance for any help you may offer.

1. Now that you have a self-hosted site, the best place to get support is at the WordPress.org forum: https://wordpress.org/support/
If you don’t have a username there, you’ll need to register before posting.
2. You may want to consider a site redirect which will send visitors from belfastchildis.wordpress.com to loyalistchild.co.uk: https://en.support.wordpress.com/site-redirect/
If you don’t want to do that, then I believe you’d need to post separately to each site.
